Early Childhood Development
Early Childhood Development (ECD) is a vital need and foundation for our church and country's future. Jesus tells his disciples,“Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.” PEAR is committed to growing and seed-funding ECD centers (preschools) throughout the Province as part of the Church-Based ECD initiative.
